The ZKM Senior Secondary School, Badharia, Azamgarh, select all teachers via a rigorous process which concludes with a ZKM panel interview. This stringent process helps recruit some of the best talents from across the country to ZKM. Our teachers are selected by a panel of experts, who know what they are looking for and who are themselves a cumulative skill set of talent, knowledge, and perseverance, with a passion for teaching and love for children.
The teaching staff at the ZKM Senior Secondary School is highly dedicated and professional, with the qualities of patience and understanding that distinguishes a good teacher. They are dynamic, relaxed, and enthusiastic and possess the ability to create a friendly atmosphere wherein the child can express himself and learn more. Teachers as the facilitators, guides, and counsellors who encourage the development of each child by providing security and warmth and by emphasizing self-discipline so that the children grow up to become responsible and learned adults. All this and so much more is possible because of our continuous and comprehensive in-service orientation, teachers’ exchange programmes, and education and training programmes for teachers that help them improve through self-motivated school-based activities and incentives. These programmes, both at the beginning and in the middle of the sessions, while taking care of not only imparting information about changes in the syllabi and the latest trends in education but also tackling issues like stress management, improved communication, and effective teaching methods. Furthermore, the school has its own Resource Centre that ensures that all the teachers employ innovative and effective teaching methods and are thoroughly conversant with the changing dynamics in their subject matters, content, and teaching methodologies.
