This stringent process helps recruit some of the best talents from across the country to ZKM. Our teachers are selected by a panel of experts, who know what they are looking for and who are themselves a cumulative skill set of talent, knowledge, and perseverance, with a passion for teaching and love for children.

These programmes, both at the beginning and in the middle of the sessions, while taking care of not only imparting information about changes in the syllabi and the latest trends in education but also tackling issues like stress management, improved communication, and effective teaching methods. Furthermore, the school has its own Resource Centre that ensures that all the teachers employ innovative and effective teaching methods and are thoroughly conversant with the changing dynamics in their subject matters, content, and teaching methodologies.
