Admission & Withdrawal

We are Open for Admissions to the Academic Year 2024–2025!

  • Online: The Application forms for Admission to classes Pre-Nursery and Kindergarten will be available on our website from 01 March 2024.
  • Application Forms for Admission to classes I to IX will be available from 15 March 2024.
  • Offline: The Application forms for Admission to Classes Pre-Nursery to Std. IX will be available at the School office from 01 March 2024.
  • Hadapsar : The Application forms for Admission to classes Pre-Nursery to Std. IX will be available on our website from 15th Nov 2024

ADMISSION REQURIEMENTS

Registration:

Advance registration can be made in the school office by filling in the prescribed application form and on payment of the registration fee.

Age Limit: The minimum age required for admission in Nursery is 3‘/I years and class I is 5*/2 years.

It is MANDATORY to submit the printed Application Form in the school office to be eligible for the admission process.

Entrance Test:

  • All students coming for admission have to take an entrance test on the dates and times notified by the headmistress/Principal.
  • Students will be admitted to the class for which they are found fit based on the test results.

ADMISSION PROCESS

It is an obligation on every student to produce the following documents without which admission will not be given:

  • A proper and Bonafide date of birth certificate in case of new admission.
  • A transfer certificate from the previous school, duly signed by the head of the institution.
  • A progress report of the previous class passed.

ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

The following documents (photocopies) need to be submitted along with the printed Application Form.

  • A copy of the Birth Certificate of the child (self-attested). No Application form will be accepted without a copy of the Birth Certificate of the child.
  • Previous Academic Records: Submit report cards or transcripts from the previous school (Original)
  • A copy of the Educational Certificates of both the Parents (self-attested)
  • A copy of the proof of residence (Electricity bill/Telephone bill/Aadhar card/Passport /Election photo identity) (any one)
  • Photographs of both Parents and the Child to be pasted on the printed Application Form (one each)
  • Report card issued by the previous school of the last class attended.

*Originals need to be shown to the appointed school authority for verification.

WITHDRAWAL

  • An application for a school leaving certificate should be made in writing one month earlier by the parent/guardian of the student. All such applications should be accompanied by a clearance certificate regarding payment of all school dues. In case due notice is not given, one month’s tuition fee will be charged in lieu of the notice.
  • School fees and other dues are charged up to the month of issue of the school leaving certificates.
  • The school authorities reserve the right to compel the parents to withdraw their children if their progress in studies is unsatisfactory or their attendance is irregular or their conduct is harmful to other students.
  • In case of withdrawal just after admission, only the Security Deposit will be refunded.
  • Admission fee is not refundable. Tuition fee may be refunded in case the child has not attended a single day.

RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS

Reports and Parental Co-operation is request for smooth functioning:

  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, supervising their children’s homework, and taking active and helpful interests in the school activities.
  • Occasional reports and notices from the teachers would be written in the children’s school diaries and notebook. Parents are requested to sign them as proof of having read them. A notification will be sent to the parent’s registered number by SMS through our e-Care team.
  • Parents are particularly requested to read the progress reports of unit tests or any other similar documents whenever required. Failure to do so may put your children to inconvenience.
  • Parents and guardians are requested to kindly read the school rules and sign the attached application form. Attention is specially drawn to the rules regarding discipline, reports and parental co-operation, continuous assessment for promotion, and school fees.
